Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga Online

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support as needed.  The postures are adaptations of traditional yoga poses which offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness and overall vitality.  This chair yoga class is open to everyone. No prior yoga experience is required.

This is a weekly program.  Register once and you are registered for all dates.

Note: No class on November 26th.
