Join us for a special outdoor Traveling Storytime at the Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary! We’ll begin with a nature-inspired story session, then take a walk along the sanctuary’s trails through woodlands, meadows, and fields. Along the way, we’ll keep an eye out for birds, small woodland creatures, and the natural beauty that makes this 298-acre preserve so special. Perfect for young explorers and their families, this program is a wonderful way to enjoy stories, nature, and discovery together. Don’t forget your walking shoes and your sense of wonder!

Please Note: When you arrive please drive up the driveway, over the cattle guard, and park in the first parking lot.  Please use the Visitor Center entrance and proceed upstairs one flight to the program room.  If the parking lot is full, proceed around the building to the second level parking and use the double glass door entry; the program room is straight down the hallway. Please note that the trails are not suitable for strollers.
