Communicating Effectively with Dementia Online

Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia in general can affect our brains in a variety of ways. As the condition progresses, it can become increasingly difficult for those suffering to effectively communicate, leading to strained relationships and deteriorating health conditions. Please join us as the Alzheimer’s Association’s Greater New Jersey Chapter discusses how dementia affects communication, including tips for communicating well with family, friends and health care professionals. Learning how to effectively communicate with someone suffering from dementia can help create a more nurturing environment and better quality of life.
