Gentle Yoga for Adults In-Person

This relaxing class, held by Pam Nixon, consists of 45 minutes of gentle floor based movement (laying down, seated, hands and knees,) relaxing breathwork & guided relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners very welcome! Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle.  Ages 18+
