These 45-minute classes focus on building the strength, balance, and mobility needed for everyday life. It is appropriate for ALL FITNESS LEVELS, including those with little or no prior exercise experience.

Training emphasizes:
- functional movement

Exercises are carefully coached and adjusted as needed, with attention to form, control, and gradual progress.

Through participating, you can begin to build skills that carry beyond the gym, including:
- lifting and carrying loads
- getting up and down from the floor with ease
