SUMMARY:Brain Health in Motion: An Introduction to Ageless Grace
DESCRIPTION:Ageless Grace® is a cutting-edge brain health fitness program 
 that supports cognitive function and activates all five primary functions 
 of the brain. By moving the body\, we focus on the 21 physical skills 
 needed for life-long optimal function\, such as mobility\, balance\, 
 flexibility\, strength\, and coordination. Playful and simple natural 
 movements done to different music styles make this practice fun and 
 engaging! The program is designed to be practiced in a chair to stimulate 
 the brain and the body\, while allowing you to participate at your own 
 level of ability.\n\nTeresa D’Angelo is a Somatic Dance Coach and Ageless 
 Grace® Trainer and Educator. Known for her authentic and light-hearted 
 approach\, she has guided people for 20 years to move with joy and feel 
 better at every age. She is the Founder of Live Love Move® Healing Arts. 
 Teresa is also a Nia® Second Degree Black Belt Instructor in mind-body 
 movement and state certified Massage Therapist with intensive training in 
 Dance Movement Therapy.\n\nKara Hodes-Wechsler is a Leadership and 
 Well-being Coach and Ageless Grace® Trainer and Educator. A scientist at 
 heart\, Kara brings an evidence-based approach\, curiosity\, a sense of 
 humor\, and an encouraging environment to her work\, creating experiences 
 that keep people agile\, engaged\, and thriving. She is the Founder of 
 Kaleidoscope Holistic Wellness. When she is not sharing Ageless Grace®\, 
 Kara partners with career-minded women to cultivate self-leadership and 
 create lives with greater confidence\, clarity\, and control.
